The project focused on addressing identified community needs through intentional action and direct engagement. In commemoration of Inner Wheel Day, the Inner Wheel Club of Garki undertook a humanitarian outreach to Government Secondary School Lugbe, and junior secondary school Aleyita with the aim of supporting indigent students. As part of this initiative, the Club paid the WAEC and NECO examination fees for fifteen (15) selected students, thereby easing the financial burden on their families and enabling them to sit for their qualifying examinations. The visit was marked by warm interactions with the school management, staff, and students. The school authorities expressed their appreciation for the Club’s thoughtful intervention, acknowledging its positive impact on the academic future of the beneficiaries. The students, in turn, showed deep gratitude for the support received. Overall, the exercise was successful and reflected the Inner Wheel Club of Garki’s continued commitment to service, education, and community development. Beyond immediate outcomes, the initiative reflects Inner Wheel’s continued commitment to friendship, service and understanding.
