In another expression of service in action, the Inner Wheel Club of Garki (District 910) implemented Installation of the 33rd President & International Day of the Elderly, an initiative designed to create meaningful and lasting impact. The project focused on addressing identified community needs through intentional action and direct engagement. The Inner Wheel Club of Garki proudly held the installation of its 33rd President, IWM Yemi Ajao, alongside her Executive team. The ceremony was a colourful and memorable occasion, filled with warmth and a renewed passion for service to humanity. Coinciding with the International Day of the Elderly, the club extended love and support to eleven (11) elderly women. Each beneficiary received ₦20,000, six yards of ankara fabric, bags of rice, beans, garri, vegetable oil, and food seasoning. Total cost of project execution: ₦770,000 Beyond immediate outcomes, the initiative reflects Inner Wheel’s continued commitment to friendship, service and understanding.
