On 1st September 2025, District 911 marked a significant milestone in its commitment to vocational empowerment, as the opening ceremony and commencement of a three-month Computer Training Programme was officially launched at the prestigious Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Idi-Araba, Lagos.
This impactful initiative is organized by the District Chairman, IWM Omolola Olubukunola Fakeye (JP), in collaboration with New Horizon, a partnership that brings together Inner Wheel’s spirit of service with professional skills development expertise.
The programme, which forms a key part of the 2025/2026 vocational training calendar for District 911, is designed to equip participants with essential digital and computer skills — opening doors to greater opportunities, self-sufficiency, and economic independence.
