In a heartwarming celebration of International Women’s Day, the Inner Wheel Club of Onipanu, led by President IWM Olawunmi Oloko, made a direct impact in their community by empowering local women entrepreneurs.
The club demonstrated their commitment to women’s economic empowerment by providing immediate financial support to six local petty traders. A total of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (₦200,000) was distributed as cash donations to help augment and strengthen these women’s businesses.
The surprise nature of this generous gesture left the recipients overwhelmed with gratitude. The women, who were caught completely unaware by this act of kindness, responded with heartfelt praise and prayers for both the Inner Wheel Club of Onipanu and the broader Inner Wheel organization.
